Alcantíl
Alcantíl
Central RegionSet at the base of a long stretch of red cliffs, Alcantíl sits on 320 acres next to Utah State University’s Moab Campus. The name Alcantíl represents beauty and balance in physics, nature, and people. The Alcantíl land plan, design, architecture, and infrastructure will conform with the natural surroundings and help preserve the environment. Of the 320 acres, approximately 60 acres will be used for development. The community will feature a variety of land uses, including student and workforce housing, with meaningful and complimentary alignment allowing each space its own unique qualities that contribute to a unified community-driven project that will be socially, environmentally, and economically sustainable.
